This form is provided for currently enrolled families to report their attendance and grades each semester. Under TN Code 49-6-3001 and 49-50-801 it is mandatory that students complete a total of 180 days each school year. ECA does not require families to report grades, however, we offer you the opportunity as a part of our record keeping and support services.

For high school students taking Honors or AP Courses, that can be noted in the Course Name section (ex. World History HR, AP Biology).
