This form is provided for currently enrolled families to report their attendance and grades each semester. Under TN Code 49-6-3001 and 49-50-801 it is mandatory that students complete a total of 180 days each school year. ECA does not require families to report grades, however, we offer you the opportunity as a part of our record keeping and support services.

You may enter the attendance and grade information for up to 3 children on each form. When reporting grades and courses for high school students, please add the credit earned (0.5 or 1.0).
